How we handle your data.

Introduction

Beincom Global ("we", "our", or "us") operates mobile applications ("Apps", "Services") available on Google Play. This Privacy Policy describes what information the Apps collect, how it is used, which third parties may process it on our behalf, and the choices you have.

Our Apps are intended for users 18 years of age or older. See Section 07 for details.

Information we collect

The Apps collect data in two categories:

We do not collect: your name, email, phone number, precise location (GPS coordinates), contacts, calendar, photos or videos as content (only file system metadata needed for recovery), browsing history outside the App, or a list of your other installed apps.

How your data is used

Data collected by the Apps is used to:

• Provide App functionality — recover, restore, and manage files on your device
• Analytics — understand aggregate usage, diagnose issues, improve features
• Advertising — display ads that support the free version of the App and measure ad performance
• Security & abuse prevention — detect fraud, crashes, and policy violations

We do not sell your personal information. Data is not used for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Third-party services

The Apps integrate the following third-party services. Each processes data according to its own privacy policy:

Data is transmitted directly from your device to these services over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We do not receive raw personal identifiers on our own servers.

You can reset or opt out of the Advertising ID at any time via Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device. Approximate location is derived from your IP address by third parties listed above and cannot be individually opted out on-device; you may use a VPN or contact each provider directly (links above) to exercise regional privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA — see Section 06).

Data storage and security

• Files you recover and preferences are stored locally on your device
• Sensitive data on device is stored using Android platform-secure storage
• All network traffic between the App and third-party services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Data processed by third parties (Firebase, AdMob, AppsFlyer) is stored on their infrastructure per their respective policies
• Beincom Global does not operate its own analytics or ad-serving backend — we rely on the service providers listed in Section 03

Data retention and deletion

Local data on your device

Local App data (recovered files, preferences, cache) is deleted automatically when you uninstall the App, or when you clear it via Android Settings → Apps → Photo Recovery → Storage → Clear data.

Data held by third parties

• Firebase Analytics — up to 14 months by default (Google-controlled)
• Firebase Crashlytics — 90 days (Google-controlled)
• AdMob & mediated networks — per each provider's retention policy
• AppsFlyer — per AppsFlyer's retention policy

Requesting deletion of third-party data

To request deletion of data held by the third parties listed in Section 03, email [email protected] with your Advertising ID (Android Settings → Privacy → Ads) and installation date. We will forward the request to the relevant provider and confirm within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on your location (EU/EEA, UK, California, Brazil, and other jurisdictions), you may have rights to:

• Access the data collected about you
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Delete your data (see Section 05)
• Object to processing for advertising or analytics
• Withdraw consent for optional processing at any time
• Data portability where technically feasible

To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID directly in Android Settings.

Because the Apps rely on third-party services (Section 03) for analytics and advertising, requests may involve forwarding your identifiers to those providers so they can locate and delete data on their side.

Children's privacy

The Apps are intended for users 18 years of age or older. The Apps display advertising via third-party ad networks that may transmit device identifiers (including the Advertising ID) — these networks are not certified under the Google Play Families Self-Certified Ads program, and therefore the Apps are not suitable for users under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has installed the App or provided data, contact [email protected] and we will assist with deletion.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our data practices, service providers, or applicable law. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page, and — where required — communicated in-app.

We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
